In 2018, Jiangsu Golden Eagle was demolished by the government. The board of directors of the company decided to invest 120 million to build a new factory in Zhuji. The new factory covers an area of 30 acres and is equipped with an integrated hot-pressing hot-spraying production line and various new production equipment, which will greatly increase production capacity and optimize product structure.
The company's annual production capacity has reached 20 million springs, and the annual production and sales volume exceeds 100 million yuan. The company covers an area of 20,000 square meters and employs more than 100 people. The company has several sets of production and testing equipment, some of which are advanced equipment at home and abroad.
In order to meet the increasing expectations of customers, the company also introduced advanced management system when introducing a large number of high-tech facilities. In October 2004, the company passed the ISO / TS16949:2002 international automobile quality system certification of TUV Rhine. Now the company manages according to iatf16949:2016 system certified by TUV.
At present, the company cooperates with some customers, such as Dongfeng cross-country, Great Wall Motor, Changhe Suzuki, BAIC, Geely, Chery, etc. Among them, Dongfeng cross-country is a customer that the company started to cooperate with in 2004. In the grand parade of the 70th anniversary of the founding of new China in 2019, Dongfeng Mengshi appeared again.
